Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mazrik is a product of Zilo Infotech Private Limited (“Zilo Infotech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing subscription cancellations and refund requests for the Mazrik platform. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Subscription Plans

Mazrik offers the following types of subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Access to basic features with limited metrics and screening capabilities. No payment required.
  • Monthly Plan: Access to all premium features, billed on a monthly basis.
  • Annual Plan: Access to all premium features, billed annually at a discounted rate.

All paid subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Free Trial

If Mazrik offers a free trial period for any subscription plan, you will have full access to premium features for the duration of the trial. No charges will be applied during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free Plan
  • Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund (see refund eligibility below)

4. Refund Eligibility

Annual Plan

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • No refund after 7 days from the date of purchase

Monthly Plan

  • Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase
  • No refund after 48 hours from the date of purchase

Refund eligibility is determined based on the original purchase date, not the renewal date. If you have previously received a refund for a subscription, subsequent refund requests may be declined at our discretion.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Upon refund, your access to premium features will be revoked immediately

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Subscription plan (Monthly or Annual)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Razorpay transaction/payment ID (if available)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscriptions after 48 hours from the date of purchase
  • Annual subscriptions after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Subscriptions where the user has violated our Terms of Service
  • Partial billing periods (no prorated refunds for unused days)
  • Any free-plan or trial-period usage

8. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. In cases where we are unable to resolve a significant service outage, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion, regardless of the standard refund window.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
