1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Service Description

Mazrik is an AI-powered stock analysis and research platform that provides financial data, metrics, screening tools, portfolio tracking, and AI-driven insights for Indian stock markets. The Service is designed to help users research and analyse publicly listed stocks on Indian exchanges (NSE/BSE).

The Service is an informational tool only. It does not provide personalised investment advice, stock recommendations, or portfolio management services.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or have a valid interest in Indian stock markets
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation

4. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication is managed through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Mazrik offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features, advanced metrics, and enhanced AI capabilities.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our systems
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data, content, or features of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful technology
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, data presentations, algorithms, user interface designs, and technology underlying the Service are owned by Mazrik and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The stock market data displayed on the platform is sourced from publicly available exchanges and filings. While we strive for accuracy, the presentation, analysis, calculations, and derived metrics are proprietary to Mazrik.

8. Data Sources and Accuracy

• Financial data, ratios, and metrics displayed on the platform are sourced from publicly available filings published by the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) regulatory filings
• Data is collected, parsed, and processed using automated algorithms and software. These automated processes are inherently prone to errors, omissions, and delays
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or metrics displayed on the platform
• Derived metrics, ratios, scores, and AI-generated analysis involve proprietary calculations that may differ from other data providers
• Users should independently verify all data against primary sources (exchange websites, company filings, SEBI EDGAR) before making any financial decisions

Certain macro-economic and market indicators shown on the platform (for example, the global and India-macro drivers) are obtained from the free and official providers listed below. We display this data for informational purposes only and credit each source; all such data remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to that provider’s own terms of use.

• London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) — Gold price (global benchmark).
• Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) — Gold price (India).
• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) — USD/INR reference rate and monetary-policy context.
• Financial Benchmarks India Pvt Ltd (FBIL) — USD/INR reference fix.
• Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED) — Aggregated economic and market time series.
• U.S. Department of the Treasury — US 10-year Treasury yield.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mazrik disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data, stock prices, financial metrics, ratios, or analysis displayed on the platform
• Any warranty that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Mazrik or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Mazrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, metrics, or analysis provided through the Service
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mazrik in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any investment losses incurred based on information available on the platform

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mazrik, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any investment decisions you make based on information available on the platform

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulation
• We discontinue the Service or any part thereof

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
